Modify or cancel my order

You may request to cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase.  

To cancel your order, please email: hello@shutterandframe.com with subject line CANCEL MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME. 

You may request to change or modify your order within (24) hours of purchase.  

To cancel your order, please email: hello@shutterandframe.com with subject line MODIFY MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME. 

If (24) hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled. 

Shipping times

Our USA production facilities allow us to offer worldwide, fast and trusted shipping at affordable rates. Shipping rates depend on the location, size and quantity of the items you order. Your estimated shipping cost can be viewed in your shopping cart. Final shipping total costs will be calculated at checkout.  

All of our products are made to order and production begins once your order is placed. Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method selected. The majority of orders are generally delivered within 5-14 business days.

For faster delivery, you will have the option to select an expedited shipping method based on your preferred arrival date at checkout.

If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order!

Track my order

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information and order status.  Please allow up to seven (7) business days to receive your tracking link.

Damaged art

If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, we will give you a free replacement. Here's how:

1) Take a photo of your damaged product, packaging and shipping materials it arrived in. 2) Attach your photos and send us an email at hello@shutterandframe.com Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.

3) After reviewing, we will get back to you within (72) hours to confirm your replacement will be processed. If your photo damage is confirmed, no need to send it back. We will process your refund or send your replacement within 14 business days.

Print measurements

All framed prints are measured at the frame (width x height) and include a 2 inch white matte border around the photo.

All rolled prints (no frame) are measured at the photo (width x height) and do not include a white matte border around the photo.
