Modify or cancel my order
You may request to cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase.
To cancel your order, please email: support@shutterandframe.com with subject line CANCEL MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.
You may request to change or modify your order within (24) hours of purchase.
To update your order, please email: support@shutterandframe.com with subject line MODIFY MY ORDER. Please be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.
If (24) hours have passed, your order will be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Shipping times
SHIPPING COSTS
USA: We offer free shipping on all orders placed within the USA.
International: We offer standard shipping rates that depend on the location, size and quantity of the items you order.
SHIPPING TIMES
All of our prints are made to order and production begins once your order is placed. All orders typically take up to 5 days to process. Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method selected. You can typically expect delivery within 5-7 business days of placing your order.
If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
Track my order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking information and order status. Please allow up to seven (7) business days to receive your tracking link.
Damaged art
If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, we will send you a free replacement. Here's how:
1) Take a photo of your damaged product, packaging and shipping materials it arrived in. 2) Attach your photos and send us an email at help@shutterandframe.com Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
3) After reviewing, we will get back to you within (72) hours to confirm your replacement will be processed. If your photo damage is confirmed, no need to send it back. We will process your refund or send your replacement within 14 business days.
Print measurements
All framed prints are measured at the glass display (width x height) and include a 2 inch mat border around the photo.
The frame itself adds an additional 1.5" to the dimensions listed.
All rolled prints (no frame) are printed full-bleed and do not include a mat border around the photo.
