Shipping times

Each piece is made to order in our U.S. print studio.

Most orders ship within 5 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 days depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your artwork ships.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Shutter + Frame account or using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

For measurement details, or if you’re unsure which size best fits your space, visit our Size Guide.

Damaged art

We take great care in packaging every print for safe delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at
help@shutterandframe.com
within 7 days with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

We’ll replace your piece at no cost — guaranteed.

Returns and exchanges

Because every Shutter & Frame piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for preference-based reasons (such as size, frame color, or print changes).

However, you are always protected. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it—at no cost to you.

International shipping

At this time, we offer free shipping within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a custom quote, please reach out to
