Return & Replacement Policy

Every Shutter & Frame print is made to order—printed and hand-framed just for you the moment your order is placed. Because each piece is custom-made to order, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for preference-based reasons (such as size, color, or style changes).

However, you are always protected with our Damage-Free Guarantee. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fully replace or refund the item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin production right away. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase: support@shutterandframe.com

Damaged or Incorrect Order? We’ve Got You.

While rare, shipping damage can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at help@shutterandframe.com with:

• Photos clearly showing the damage and entire front of the frame
• A photo of the packaging showing the shipping barcode label

To ensure we can process a replacement or refund quickly, please send photos within 72 hours of delivery.

Once received, we will review and issue a free replacement or refund. Replacement production typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on printing and shipping timelines.
