We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, simply email us at help@shutterandframe.com with your order number and photos of the product within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, credit, or full refund.
Every piece is printed and framed just for you. While we don’t restock returned artwork, your satisfaction is always guaranteed through our Quality and Damage-Free Guarantee policies.

Damage-Free Guarantee
On rare occasions, an order may arrive damaged in transit or with a framing defect. To process a replacement or refund smoothly, we require:

Clear photos of the damaged area, the full front of the frame, and the barcode/label on the packaging.

Photos must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Replacements may take up to 10 business days depending on production and shipping.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible. If you believe there’s an error with your order, please contact us immediately at support@shutterandframe.com.
