RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Quality Guarantee: On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping or have a framing defect. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send us an email with your order # and photos of the damage, including the packaging, within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly replace, credit or refund your order. No need to return the damaged item, feel free to simply discard or donate it.

Damage-Free Guarantee: If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage, the entire front of the frame and the barcode on the packaging; 2) photos of damaged products must be received by Shutter and Frame within 30 days of the delivery date of the applicable order; 3) replacement of a damaged product may take up to 10 business days to complete; and 4) the delivery of a replacement product is subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping times. 

Returns: Every piece of art sold by Shutter and Frame is “hand-made to order,” which means it is printed and framed only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Shutter and Frame does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders.

Cancellations: As soon as you place your order, we get to work. Therefore, we are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at support@shutterandframe.com.
