Our showroom-quality Fine Art Prints use state of the art Giclée printers for ultra-sharp photographic reproduction and high color fidelity.

• Rolled prints are printed on 308 gsm Hahnemuhle Photo Rag fine art paper
• Our archival inks are fade resistant, non-toxic and environmentally friendly

FRAMING:

Our minimalist frames are available in natural wood or with a white, black or gold satin finish.

• Frames measure 0.75" in width and depth
• Available with a mat border or full bleed
• Protected with a low-glare, UV-resistant Perspex display
• All mounts are "conservation grade", sustainably sourced, 100% acid free, and will not discolor or fade with age

NOTE: Framed sizes may vary by +/- 2 inches in order to preserve the ratio of the original image.

INSTALLATION:

Our framed prints arrive to your door ready-to-hang with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware.

SHIPPING COSTS

USA: We offer free shipping on all orders placed within the USA. 

International: We offer standard shipping rates that depend on the location, size and quantity of the items you order. Your estimated shipping cost can be viewed in your shopping cart. Final shipping total costs will be calculated at checkout.  

SHIPPING TIMES

All of our products are made to order and production begins once your order is placed. All orders typically take up to 5 days to process. Standard shipping times depend on your location and shipping method selected. You can typically expect delivery within 5-7 business days of placing your order.

If your print is needed by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Our Quality Guarantee: On rare occasions, an order may be damaged during shipping or have a framing defect. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send us an email with your order # and photos of the damage, including the packaging, within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly replace, credit or refund your order. No need to return the damaged item, feel free to simply discard or donate it.

Damage-Free Guarantee: If you are requesting a product replacement due to damage, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged products must clearly include the area of damage, the entire front of the frame and the barcode on the packaging; 2) photos of damaged products must be received by Shutter and Frame within 30 days of the delivery date of the applicable order; 3) replacement of a damaged product may take up to 10 business days to complete; and 4) the delivery of a replacement product is subject to existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping times. 

Returns: Every piece of art sold by Shutter and Frame is “hand-made to order,” which means it is printed and framed only after you have placed your order. Accordingly, Shutter and Frame does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for orders.

Cancellations and Changes: As soon as you place your order, we get to work. Therefore, we are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.
